Villa Summary
4 bed, 3 bath villa at Westbury - just 15 minutes from Disney, our beautiful villa was completed at the end of 2004.  Private screened pool, with spa and extended deck area are not overlooked at the rear.
The villa is fully air conditioned and has been furnished with luxury in mind with lots of homely touches.

In the area there are lots of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby and there are plenty of golf courses within a short distance.
The villa is just 1.4 miles from Junction 55 on Interstate 4 and is very central for all of the Florida attractions.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are master bed rooms with en-suite facilities, and cable television. The Further 2 bedrooms are twins, one of which is Disney themed, with a further shared bathroom. One of the en-suite bathrooms has a door leading straight onto the pool and patio area. All linens are provided, along with hair-dryers for you convenience
Kitchen
The open plan kitchen is fully fitted to a superior standard with every conceivable appliance including a large cooker, microwave, refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, coffee percolator and all kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board. There is a further informal breakfast table and chairs in the “breakfast nook” that overlooks the pool.
Family Room
The main living area is a magnificent family room, beautifully furnished. It comes complete with cable T.V. a DVD and CD player. There is a selection of DVD's and CD’s for your use. There is also a portable CD player that can be taken outside by the pool. One of the sofa’s is a double sleep sofa. There is also a dining are, with table and chairs for more formal dining.
Pool and Jacuzzi
One of main attractions is the beautiful heated* pool with underwater lighting. The pool area is fully screened and has a patio for informal dining 'al Fresco'. It has an extended sun deck with luxury loungers and patio furniture.
The pool has optional heating* and a heated Jacuzzi spa for relaxing in after a long day at the attractions, as well as lighting for that extra special evening atmosphere. There is also a removable child safety fence for added security. The pool can be viewed from the lounge. The view from the pool is over orange groves.
